Compass Management are a 360 degree music label and are currently searching for new UK based musical talent. You must live in the UK, have already written and recorded your own music and want to take your music career to the next level. We tend to focus on singer song-writers and bands. We do not tend to work with R&B and metal acts.

We are also keen to talk to acts that have previously had recording deals with major players in the recorded music business.

We will reply to everyone that responds to this message if you qualify according to the brief above. Following previous messages we have started to work with several new acts who all have incredible talent and have a chance to progress to the next level.
