Compass are working with numerous new acts as we develop them ready to go into record.

DECCA, UNIVERSAL, UK

Compass are delighted to be acting as A&R consultants to Universal’s Decca label on an exciting project creating The New Capitols. Expect to see and hear lots of news over the coming months.

CONCERT LIVE

Darren is a non executive director to the hugely successful and original business owned by Concert Live. They record gigs and make them available to buy on CD within 10 minutes after the gig has finished. Compass is being used to expand the business and develop some new growth areas. Concert Live are currently recording the Elton John and Cranberries tour.

SCHOOL DISCO

Currently working with EMI on the next School Disco album. Compass are also exclusive license holders for running School Disco events outside of London. Next plenty of action around the clubs 10th anniversary in November.

THINKPUBLIC

Compass have also been contracted to create a marketing and communication strategy for Thinkpublic, the leading design agency in the public sector.

IDAS

Compass have recently teamed up with the very talented Idas, a song-writing, multi-talented musician and performer from Blackpool. Idas is currently networking, writing and producing with some of the most talent young industry experts around.

UNDERDOGS MANAGEMENT

Compass have now teamed up with Underdogs Management to help the growth of an exciting new company who are focused on developing artists as a label. Their initiative new My-Um.com model is set to change the way in which the consumer and labels interact with new talent.

THE SNEAKYPEEKS

Compass are delighted to announce a deal that has secure the exclusive management rights for one of the most exciting new bands around, The Sneakypeeks. The 3 piece indie guitar band from York have been making quite a stir in the north and Compass will be working with the band to bring them to London over the coming weeks.

OLIVER DARLEY

Compass are also the exclusive management company for the recording artist Oliver Darley. Currently out touring, Oliver has one of the most amazing voices ever heard. The full Compass management service is helping Oliver set up and initially release his own album without a record companies involvement.

Further projects with established artists, major record companies and media owners are under way but are currently confidential.
