Compass offer an alternative to record companies where the artist shares in the profits. We sign, A&R, develop, record, promote, market and release artists as well as help with live, publishing all other aspects of having a successful career. We are only looking for UK based talent and not songwriters and producers. We do not mind which genre you are from but you must be serious about having a full time career in the music industry and be ready for this next step.

As well as offering artists help Compass can also help managers find that elusive record deal or again help them go it alone. This can be done on a project management basis allowing the manager to continue to manager whilst using Compass contacts to help establish the act.

We identify your opportunities and areas that you’re wanting to focus on, then report back with creative ideas to fulfill the objective according to the brief.
